In order to achieve the purpose of formulating the industrial waste disposal plan (IWDP) for waste generators and waste flow management strategies, promoting the resource recycling model, and assisting the Environmental Protection Administration in grasping the extension of the review operation by the reviewing authority, the Project in its four major aspects of “IWDP Management Classification”, “Circular Industrial Promotion”, “Format ＆ System Auxiliary Management”, and “Management and Legal Analysis” aims to study and analyze the legal level of the IWDP management regulations being upgraded it to the environmental protection license. Also introduced is the hierarchical management on waste generators for the formulation of management supports at all levels. Then, through on-site interviews and analysis of waste generators, the method of resource recycling is confirmed, and the related data of "Material-Recycling Model-Applicable Industry" is established, which is conducive to the drive for the firms that have not yet adopted the recycling approach. At the same time, we will expand resource recycling information field, evaluate the feasibility of information disclosure introduction, and establish standard operating procedures for the application for the IWDP extension, which can be used and followed by the IWDP reviewing authority. Additionally, in line with the collected relevant laws and regulations on the management of industrial waste sources and the compiled judgments of the administrative court, we will summarize the patterns of punishment and sentencing recommendations and provide professional legal advice so as to enhance the overall administrative efficiency.
